Panthers ending HQ agreement in Rock Hill, leave door slightly open for more talks

Tepper Sports & Entertainment, owner of the Carolina Panthers, said Tuesday they have notified the city of Rock Hill that they are terminating the original development agreement, citing the city's failure to issue $225 million worth of bonds.
