Restaurateur David Fhima and family opening restaurant/speakeasy in Ribnick building

Chef David Fhima and his family purchased the historic Ribnick building in Minneapolis' North Loop and plan to transform it into a restaurant, speakeasy and event center inspired by France's famous Moulin Rouge.
