U.S. economy grew slightly faster 6.6% pace in second quarter, new GDP figures show

The U.S. grew a bit faster in the spring than previously estimated, but not enough to change the underlying growth trend in an economy that's recovered quite rapidly from the pandemic. GDP was raised to a 6.6% annual rate of growth from 6.5%.
