The #EmpowerHERAccess Award Ceremony, in partnership with M12- Microsoft’s Venture Capital Fund, recognizes and celebrates leaders that facilitated access and stabilized economic recovery for female entrepreneurs and women in technology whose livelihoods were negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.Winners across all 8 categories were announced on July 16, 2021, at the WICxInspire event via a virtual award ceremony hosted by Patti Dobrowolski and Catherine Mulcahy.
Insight recognizes Cloud Solutions of the Year
Sheffie Robinson is a serial entrepreneur, software engineer, and sociologist that specializes in solving racial and gender equity with technology. She is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Shamrck, has over 20 years of experience in technology development and over 15 years of experience in retail sales and marketing. She has spent significant time in her career working to impact gender and racial equity to enhance diversity and inclusion. She is a second-time founder, her first company being a fintech product that brought banking services to virtual currencies. Sheffie is a graduate of Thomas Edison State University with a degree in Sociology and is currently pursuing her MBA at Georgia Southern University.
Shamrck is an artificial intelligence platform to help schools make smarter decisions with student insights for career and technical education. We help students find their perfect careers by connecting them with tools, resources, and industry professionals to assist them in making the best decision for their future while giving this data back to the schools to make actionable adjustments to support them. We are a minority woman-owned, military spouse-led company seeking to solve racial and gender equity in the workforce.
