Minnesota Supreme Court overturns Polymet permit in mixed ruling

The Minnesota Supreme Court on Wednesday dealt a setback to Polymet Mining, the company hoping to build the state's first copper mine. But the ruling gave both supporters and opponents of the mine something to crow about.
