Stephanie Hayden-Howard named Austin assistant city manager

Austin Public Health Director Stephanie Hayden-Howard has been chosen as the next assistant city manager. She'll oversee departments such as Austin Public Health, Austin Resource Recovery and Parks and Recreation beginning May 10. The city will launch a formal search soon for her replacement.
