Mixed-use development that could house Michael Jordan's 23XI Racing team gets rezoning approved

On Monday, the Huntersville Board of Commissioners approved a rezoning request by developer Palillo Holdings for a mixed-use project at a 37.2-acre site at the corner of Statesville and Hambright roads. Town documents show plans for a 23XI Racing team facility there.
