Minnesota will keep restaurant dining rooms shut through holidays, allow gyms to reopen

Gov. Tim Walz plans to announce Wednesday an extension of Minnesota's month-long prohibition on in-person dining at restaurants, while allowing gyms and fitness centers to reopen with restrictions.
