In order to help make the launch successful, both GHLI and HMS will work as general and managerial operations respectively. Harvard Medical School jointly designed the new leadership program with GHLI in order to cultivate the world leaders and to come up with possible solutions to complex social issues with the passion and initiatives for not just the Harvard community, but for business leaders, organization executives and public office executives around the world.
