Restaurant groups say new Covid restrictions are 'devastating'

Groups representing 16,000 Massachusetts restaurants and their employees are lobbying state leaders to pull back on new coronavirus-driven restrictions going into effect Friday, arguing that the new rules will send thousands back into unemployment.
