Milwaukee Mayor Barrett says Evers' order likely trims city's policy to reopen restaurants

Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and the interim city health commissioner said Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers’ order limiting indoor activities definitely will impact the city’s Moving Milwaukee Forward reopening plan but they said they don’t yet know to what extent.
