Dallas pulls e-scooters from streets amid safety concerns

Just after new escooter regulations were passed in Dallas and some operators were beginning to bring back their gear to the region, after pulling some scooters during the height pandemic, the City of Dallas has decided all escooters must be pulled from the streets.
