WEBN fireworks to still take place amid coronavirus, despite Riverfest's cancelation

The Western & Southern/WEBN fireworks that mark the official end to summer in Cincinnati will still take place, despite the cancelation of Riverfest, but it won't look anything like what the city has come to expect.
