To get more customers inside, Tootsie’s reopens as a restaurant

You might know Lower Broadway’s Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge as a honky-tonk, but in the eyes of the state, it is now a full-service restaurant, subject to lighter Covid-19 regulations.
