Women’s Business Center launches business resiliency program

Tarsha Polk, WBC director, said about half of the the center's clients have seen revenue losses of 75 percent or more and are in danger of going under before the end of the year. These clients are mostly minorities, with revenue under $200,000 and five employees or less.
