Americans may get the chance to change their health benefits—here's what you need to know

Under the new guidelines released by the IRS last month, employees can change health insurance plans and sign on for a plan if they previously waived coverage, as well as alter the contribution levels to the health and dependent care FSA plans. But it all depends on whether you employer allows these changes.
