Wisconsin sustained its largest one-day increase in new COVID-19 cases, state officials reported Wednesday, but the recent trend remains encouraging in terms of another key measure of the pandemic helped by social distancing, said Medical College of Wisconsin president and CEO Dr. John Raymond Sr.
