Despite NCAA's coronavirus decision, Big 12 will allow fans at basketball tournament

The Big 12 men's and women's basketball tournaments will still have crowds in Kansas City, despite a decision by the NCAA to bar fans from upcoming championship events out of fears the coronavirus will spread at its events.
