Will Cranley allow City Council to consider Hilltop land swap?

Councilman David Mann told Mayor John Cranley on Thursday that he expected the mayor to follow the rules of City Council and send ordinances that Mann and Murray have drafted to swap land with Hilltop Companies to a council committee.
