Shortage of meatless burgers has Minneapolis restaurants going hungry

Demand for faux-meat offerings from companies like Impossible Foods and Beyond Meat has skyrocketed so much in the past year that the companies are having a hard time keeping up with supply. In some cases, that's left restaurants scrambling to secure one of their most popular menu items.
