DNC host committee requires up to 10% fee for restaurant, venue referrals

In a new twist on fundraising, the Milwaukee host committee for the Democratic National Convention promises to deliver vetted groups to reserve restaurants and venues during convention week in return for a payment of 5% or 10% of gross revenue.
