Taking a look at the Quad 4-by-4 Doppler 5000 inside the Weather Central Thunderdome shows us the polar vortex is going to leave the Arctic Circle, dip south and hug the Midwest with its icy arms. Kind of like embracing Great Aunt Tilda, no?
