Brewers promote Schlesinger, Stearns to 'president' roles

One day after the Milwaukee Brewers announced a new naming-rights deal with American Family Insurance, the organization promoted its top business executive Rick Schlesinger to president of business operations and wunderkind general manager David Stearns to president of baseball operations.
