While celebrating their accomplishments as a company for the year, the primary focus of the Employee Retreat is personal development. Each fall MC Companies employees are given a personal development book to study as a group, which serves as the theme of the retreat. This year's book study was on Ego Is the Enemy, by Ryan Holiday. What makes this Employee Retreat so unique is the focus of the three-day meeting, which is personal development and growth.
