Governor Scott Walker signs all three lame-duck Legislature bills in full

The move is widely viewed as one that will limit the executive powers of Governor-elect Tony Evers, most visibly by adding an additional layer of legislative oversight to the process that allowed Walker to cut a deal with Kimberly-Clark Corp. to save 388 jobs just this week.
