First Clover Leaf Bank buyer completes another acquisition

First Mid-Illinois Bancshares Inc. (Nasdaq: FMBH), which bought First Clover Leaf Bank in Edwardsville in 2016, has completed its acquisition of SCB Bancorp Inc. of Decatur, Illinois.
