Fear of Amazon fuels Icahn's disdain of Cigna-Express Scripts deal

Amazon.com is a formidable foe, Carl Icahn worries, and "it is absurd for Cigna to now walk into the minefield that Express Scripts might well become," he wrote of the proposed Cigna-Express Scripts $54 billion deal.
