MoDOT director: 10-cent gas tax increase would 'reset the rate'

Proposition D, which will appear on the Nov. 6 general election ballot, proposes increasing Missouri's fuel tax four times by 2.5 cents annually beginning on July 1, 2019. The current tax rate is 17 cents per gallon — the second-lowest in the nation.
