Ocean Resort opens in Atlantic City, but Wahlburgers, more tenants still on the way

Some early visitors to the just-opened casino will note some shops and restaurants have yet to open. Initial reviews also point out the hotel rooms, while updated, don't appear significantly different from the look created by the former Revel.
