Old Town's Tavern Square complex has been sold, and there's still no Taco Bell Cantina lease

Tavern Square, developed in 1967 on a square block bounded by King, Royal, Cameron and Pitt streets, includes 130,000 square feet of office, 41,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 326-space parking garage.
