Site identified for Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers clinic funded by Froedtert

Nearly three years after Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin announced providing $12 million toward a clinic in partnership with Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers on Milwaukee’s south side or in West Milwaukee, the location and opening date were disclosed.
