National experts: Redevelop Downtown's North Loop to spur growth — just not yet

An eight-member Urban Land Institute technical advisory panel has been in Kansas City all week to help the city develop strategies for a study area including the north wide of the downtown freeway loop plus the surrounding downtown, River Market, Columbus Park and Crossroads Arts District neighborhoods.
