Opinion: Is Buffalo’s Green Code dead?

Assemblyman Sean Ryan tweeted the following statement late on July 19: “That’s it for the Buffalo Green Code. With the approval of the Chason (Affinity Cos.) variances, all developers will get whatever they want. A sad day.”
