Amended Foxconn bill includes $20 million for training, state worker preference

Several amendments have been added to the bill that would pave the way for a $10 billion plant from Taiwanese electronics manufacturing giant Foxconn with as many as 13,000 employees, including a provision for $20 million in workforce training funds.
