Assembly vote on Foxconn bill planned for next week; Walker says it will pass this month

A vote in the Wisconsin State Assembly on the bill that would pave the way for Taiwanese electronics manufacturing giant Foxconn to build a $10 billion plant that would employ up to 13,000 people could happen as soon as Thursday, Aug. 17.
