Foxconn planning $10B LCD display plant in Wisconsin; could create up to 13,000 jobs

A location has not yet been identified publicly, but the Milwaukee Business Journal is reporting that Foxconn is eyeing land in Racine County, south of Highway 20, for a site in the thousands of acres.
