Shares to Open Higher on Central Banks Pledge

U.S. stock index futures pointed to a higher open on Wall Street on Friday, following reports the world's major central banks stood ready to provide further monetary stimulus measures if weekend elections in Greece point to a greater risk of a Greek exit from the euro zone.
