Mikey Lucas Collaborates with Brad Behrins to Launch American Energy Fund I LP.

By: Get News

Houston, TX - The Texas-based businessman and entrepreneur Mikey Lucas, alongside the New York-based investor Brad Behrins, today are glad to announce the launch of a new Regulation D 506(c) fund managed by Mikey and Brad called American Energy Fund I LP (the Fund). American Energy Fund I LP is the first of several anticipated private equity funds under the American Energy Fund brand that is devoted to promoting an economically sustainable energy future while creating generational wealth for its partners and investors.

The Fund is a diversified investment vehicle for privately negotiated debt and equity investments in oil, gas, and solar assets that will provide investors with above-average passive income, a hedge against inflation, and superior tax benefits while promoting American businesses and energy independence. Qualified investors have the opportunity to (a) partner with experienced operators in various "off-market" drilling projects and recompletions; and (b) provide capital solutions to oil, gas, and solar companies in exchange for high-yielding interest payments, royalties, and ownership interests. The Fund will deploy its capital in a diversified manner to maximize income and tax deductions while mitigating risk.

“I am incredibly excited to launch the American Energy Fund brand and our inaugural fund with Brad. Our investors stand to benefit from Brad’s knowledge of markets and analytical skills.  We also share the same vision of creating a sustainable energy future for America, and our strengths and weaknesses complement each other.” – Mikey Lucas

“I look forward to building a profitable and long-lasting brand with Mikey.  He is passionate about the energy space, serving his clients and investors, and is confident and prescient enough to “reach across the aisle” and partner with companies who share a common goal of sustainable energy independence.” – Brad Behrins

Opportunity

The massive supply and demand imbalance in the energy markets stemming from the covid pandemic, the war in Ukraine, inflation, and the uncoordinated global transition to alternative energy has left a vacuum in the oil, gas, and solar sector.  In addition, while the demand for energy increases, less capital is being devoted to maintaining existing energy infrastructure in America.  The Fund intends to fill a capital gap left by the government and corporate America to stimulate energy production, provide American jobs, and assist with decreasing energy prices.

Bios:

The American Energy Fund team has over three decades of combined experience in alternative investments, including energy and real estate. To be precise, Brad and Mikey have invested millions of dollars in oil and gas syndications and are responsible for distributing billions of watts of solar energy throughout the US.
