In the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Cencosud presented its global business outlook and 2026 Investment Plan to the financial market during Cenco Day. On this occasion, the Company reaffirmed its commitment to profitable growth, disciplined capital allocation, and innovation across its key markets.
For 2026, the Company expects consolidated revenues of USD 18,413 million and adjusted EBITDA of USD 1,815 million, with double-digit margins in Chile, Peru and the United States, driven by operational improvements and expansion across all its markets.
Within this context, Cencosud announced an Investment Plan of approximately USD 600 million for 2026, a level similar to the previous year. Seventy percent of Capex will be allocated to growth initiatives, primarily the opening of new stores, renovations and expansions of shopping centers, as well as real estate developments on available land.
During 2026, the Company expects to open 20 new stores across various formats, adding more than 42,000 m² of sales floor space, including 17 supermarkets, 7 of which will be The Fresh Market stores in the United States. In addition, the Company will continue to advance its shopping center development and expansion plan, which will add more than 40,000 m² of GLA during 2026.
The remainder of Capex will be focused on strengthening the Retail Ecosystem, accelerating digital transformation, expanding e-commerce and the retail media business, and enhancing logistics and operational capabilities to generate sustainable long-term value.

Immediately after the conclusion of the Cenco Day 2026 presentation, which was held in Buenos Aires for the first time, guests, together with Cencosud executives, will tour the Unicenter shopping mall and the Jumbo and Easy stores operating at the site.
