Ram Khizamboor joins Indium from LTIMindtree where he was Chief Delivery Officer of the $4.5 billion company, overseeing client delivery across global delivery centers, talent supply chain, employee engagement, and other strategic business initiatives

Indium, an AI-driven digital engineering firm that empowers enterprises to innovate and scale, today announced the appointment of Ram Khizamboor as its Chief Operating Officer.

Ram Khizamboor brings over three decades of global IT leadership experience, having led large-scale transformation programs for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies. In his previous role as Chief Delivery Officer of LTIMindtree, he oversaw client delivery across global delivery centers, talent supply chain, employee engagement, leadership development and other strategic business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to LTIMindtree, he held senior positions at Cognizant, Tata Consultancy Services, Target and Danske IT, bringing rich and diverse experience of managing high performance teams at large global system integrators as well as global capability centers.
