Since founding the business in 2002, he has been responsible for design and bid work, establishing himself as an expert general contractor for high-end interior finishes. In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Richins is active in industry-related and civic organizations. He has been a member of Business Network International (BNI) for more than a decade and served as the president of BNI Super Connectors from 2016 to 2017. Focused on educating members about the aquarium industry and animal husbandry, Mr. Richins has also served in the presidency of the Wasatch Marine Aquarium Society since 2006.
Driven by his children, grandchildren and the local community youth, Mr. Richins is passionate about helping them and recognizes them as future leaders. His commitment to his community is highlighted through his volunteer work with Ronald McDonald House Charities, where he mentors new business owners and supports local projects.
