On August 12, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing that its board of directors declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share.  The dividend is payable on September 10, 2010, to all shareholders of record as of August 27, 2010.

The press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference.
