The preparation of the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K and the accompanying audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended September 30, 2008 were not completed in sufficient time to enable the Company to complete the filing of the Form 10-K within the prescribed period. The Company anticipates that the Form 10-K will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
