NEW YORK, NEW YORK, April 9, 2014 – Today, Third Point launched www.ValueSothebys.com, a website for shareholders who support long-term growth and a new agenda for Sotheby’s.
ValueSothebys allows shareholders to understand the facts about the real challenges Sotheby’s is facing, despite management’s misleading claims. Shareholders can also read Third Point’s proxy materials, learn about our Director nominees – the “Shareholder Slate”, and find important information about how to vote at the Annual Meeting.
