Material Event – CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING FOR THE NEW HEAD OFFICE OF BBVA BANCO FRANCES S.A

We are pleased to address you that on July 10, 2013 BBVA Francés S.A. and Consultatio S.A have signed a sale and purchase agreement, the Bank will acquire 23 of the 33 floor of the building to be construct by Consultatio S.A.; where the new head office of BBVA Banco Francés S.A will establish.

Such building will address on 815 L. Alem Avenue of Buenos Aires City.
