On February 9, 2012, Accenture plc (“Accenture”) held its 2012 annual general meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) as described in Accenture’s definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting filed on December 19, 2011. A quorum was present at the meeting as required by Accenture’s articles of association.
