This supplement no. 2 updates and amends certain information contained in the prospectus supplement dated January 30, 2008 and the prospectus dated January 30, 2008, each as supplemented by supplement no. 1 dated February 19, 2008, covering resale by selling securityholders of our 2.875% Convertible Senior Notes due 2027 and the shares of our common stock issuable upon conversion of the notes.
