Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On January 30, 2007, Constar, Inc. entered into a new Lease Agreement with CROWN Cork & Seal USA, Inc. for its Philadelphia headquarters. The Lease Agreement is effective as of January 1, 2007 and is scheduled to terminate on December 31, 2007.
