Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 21, 2004, Ampex Corporation announced that it has filed a complaint with the International Trade Commission (“ITC”) seeking an exclusion order barring Eastman Kodak Company from the importation and sale of digital still cameras into the United States of America due to Kodak’s unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property. A copy of Ampex’s press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
