ERC Grant Deadline & Eligibility 2023: Tax Credit & PPP Loan Report Launched

A new report launched by ERC Frame explores the Employee Retention Credit pandemic relief program in 2023, how employers can determine if they still qualify, and how tax rebates can be maximized if businesses have already received PPP loans.

Though the pandemic relief programs of 2020 have ended, many business owners may still be eligible for hundreds of thousands of dollars in IRS rebates. This new report launched by ERC Frame examines how the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) has changed, which employers are still eligible, and strategies for claiming the maximum allowable rebates.

More information about ERC Frame, changes to the ERTC program, and eligibility for rebates in 2023 can be found in the full report, at https://ercframe.com/blog/2023-ERTC---Employee-Retention-Tax-Credit-Update-Do-Employers-Still-Have-Time-To-Apply

Employers can find details in the report on the maximum ERC rebates, and how they have expanded from $5,000 per employee in 2020, to up to $26,000 per employee available today. ERC Frame also shows how employers can access these funds, regardless of their business type, as long as they had between 5 and 500 W-2 employees on the payroll during the pandemic.

While the ERTC has been around for several years, employers were originally only permitted to enroll in either the ERTC or the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), but not both. The report explains that the eligibility requirements have been updated, making employers who have already received PPP loans eligible for ERTC rebates, as long as they apply before the deadline.

Any business type can qualify, including new businesses founded during the pandemic, startups, and non-profit organizations such as churches or schools, as long as they were affected by the pandemic in some way. This can include suffering financial losses, closing due to government orders, or several other effects. A more complete list can be found on ERC Frame’s ERTC FAQ page, at https://ercframe.com/blog/employee-retention-credit-2020-2021-faqs

The report explores several options for claiming ERTC rebates in 2023, and includes links to a no-cost, no-obligation eligibility assessment. Business owners can also choose to have their applications completed by a team of ERTC specialist CPAs, using a fast rebate service known as the 15 Minute Refund program.

The 15 Minute Refund program guarantees each business its maximum allowable rebate, with no risk or up-front fees. The CPA team requires only 15 minutes from the business owner, after which they will handle all the paperwork and calculations.

Using this fast rebate service, no business will be charged until after it has received a rebate, and if for any reason it does not receive a rebate, it will not be charged at all.
